Short Biography Of Khalil Gibran:
Khalil Gibran was born in 6th january 1883 in bsharri part of Lebanon, his mother name is Kamila Rahmeh and he moved with his parents to boston in 1895 and later they settled in New York. He knows the Arabic and English and he had written his work in these languages. He was a author, journalist, poet and illustrator. He worte a book “The Prophet” in 1923 that is very famous and poppular in all over the world.
Khalil Gibran was natural talented guy and he had very good ideas about poetry, he have lot of abilities in his work but unfortunately he was live very few years and died early. Khalil poetry is noteabble for its use of farmal language. The best work of gibran is “The Prophet” a book composed of twenty six poetic essays. After successful release of this book Gibran had released a new book named in best authors and books make a very successfull and huge buisness and this book is precious gift for Gibran fans.
Gibran was died in New York on 10 april 1931 he wished to burried in Lebanon which has since become the gibran museum. These words are written on Gibran grave “A word I want to see written on my grave : I am alive like you and I am standing beside you close your eyes and look around, you will see me in front of you.” Lebanese Post ministry published a stamp in his honor in 1971 and khalil Gibran park name in romania.
